Introducing HealthCloud V8.0
In the latest release of HealthCloud, version 8.0, the Alula Technologies team has diligently optimised the platform to provide users with cutting-edge solutions that facilitate informed decision-making in the most effective, secure, and streamlined manner. Building upon our commitment to continuous improvement, this major update introduces a host of enhancements aimed at elevating the user experience and bolstering functionality.
Noteworthy Developments in HealthCloud 8.0:
Enhanced Responsiveness: The platform now boasts smart responsiveness as the cursor navigates through the system, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Standardised Naming Conventions: The terminology has been standardised, shifting from ‘patient’ to ‘person’, reflected in the renaming of features like Patient Lookup to ‘Personal Health Record’.
Accessible User Manual: Users can now easily access and download the latest HealthCloud User Manual, ensuring comprehensive guidance.
Improved Medical Record Flagging: Conditions flagged due to ICD10 matches are now labelled as ‘Possible’ rather than ‘Confirmed’, promoting more accurate diagnosis and reducing confusion.
Expanded Medical Aid Lookup: The Medical Aid Lookup feature has been expanded to include details of dependents, offering a more comprehensive overview.
New Functionality: A separate Department of Home Affairs (DHA) check capability has been integrated, providing users with additional verification options. The solution offers a four-layer failover verification to accommodate intermittent connectivity problems that may arise with the DHA.
Health Score Benchmark: A benchmark feature has been added to the Health Score, offering comparisons based on age and gender, enabling better assessment against similar demographics.
